The Rev. Dr. Martin W. Lifer III is the Senior Pastor and Head of Staff at Providence Presbyterian Church. Throughout his ministry, Pastor Lifer has been active in evangelistic and mission outreach, as well as in equipping his congregations for ministry and shepherding his congregation members. He has also been an active leader in the biblical renewal movement within the Presbyterian Church. Since coming to Providence in 2007, he has led the church during a time of significant decision-making and now looks toward an exciting new season of developing new ministries for Providence in the 21st Century. 

Chris comes to us from First Presbyterian Church in Greenville, OH where he served as Associate Pastor of Youth and Discipleship for 7 years. Chris earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science and History from Hiram College in 1998. He went on to earn his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary. He is currently studying for his Doctor of Ministry through Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. 

A native of Seoul, South Korea, JooSoo Son, obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in organ from the Korean National University of Arts. She continued her study at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, where she earned her Master's and Doctorate degree in Organ Performance and Literature under the guidance of Dr. Hans Davidsson. She studied harpsichord and clavichord with Dr. Ulrika Davidsson, and continuo playing with Dr. William Porter. 

Jennifer Jenkins has lived in Hilton Head since 1998 with her husband Chris. Jennifer and Chris moved to Hilton Head from Austin, TX where they were members of and married at West Lake Hills Presbyterian Church. They have 2 children, Rachel born in 1999 and Jacob born in 2001. 

Jenny, her husband and son moved to Hilton Head in 2004. They love their life in the Lowcountry. 

Brian was born in Akron, Ohio in 1966. He is married to Stefanie and they have three beautiful daughters: Sara, Samantha and Sofie. 

Gloria's duties at Providence include work with the pastor with letters of concern for membership and visitors; coordinate wedding dates with church calendar, pastor, and wedding committee; work on funeral arrangements with committee and pastor; complete memorial bulletins; complete transactions regarding memorial gifts; work with membership Elder regarding transfers, inactives and deletions; keep records for Shepherding Groups; receive and send out schedule for ushers, greeters, and visitor angels.
